PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

TRACKING
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days.
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed during international transit. If there has been no update for more than 7 days, contact us at contact@onepieceworld.shop and we'll investigate.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
We cover all customs and import fees for our customers. There are no surprise charges when your order arrives.
IMPORTANT POLICIES
Lost or stolen packages
If the delivery company loses your package, we will issue a full refund. If tracking shows the package was delivered to your address and it was stolen, we cannot offer a refund. Please check with your local post office or neighbors in such cases.
Wrong address
We can only issue a refund if tracking shows the package is being returned to us due to an incorrect address. If the package is delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout, we cannot offer a refund.
Order cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. If your order is already in transit, we cannot cancel it.
Unclaimed orders
If your order is delivered to a parcel locker and remains unclaimed for more than 4 days, and you do not respond to our contact attempts (email or SMS), we will consider the order abandoned.
