OUR POLICY
At OnePieceWorld, we want you to love your One Piece merch! If something goes wrong, we're here to help. Refunds and returns are offered in the following situations:
- Your package didn't arrive
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- You received a different item than what you ordered
- You no longer want the product (see conditions below)
14-DAY RETURN POLICY
How long do I have to request a return?
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, regardless of the reason.
What are the conditions for a return?
- The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Can I return an item just because I changed my mind?
Yes. If you no longer want the product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. In this case, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at contact@onepieceworld.shop with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll provide the next steps. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at contact@onepieceworld.shop with photos. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
The box was damaged but the figurine is intact. Can I get a refund?
Minor damage to the outer packaging box is not a valid reason for a refund. Boxes may experience slight wear during international shipping. As long as the figurine itself is undamaged, we do not assume responsibility for box condition.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items and gift cards
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
REFUNDS
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card companies may take additional time.
My refund is late. What should I do?
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at contact@onepieceworld.shop.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for reshipping or issuing a refund.
Unclaimed orders
If your order is delivered to a parcel locker and remains unclaimed for more than 4 days, and you do not respond to our contact attempts, we will consider the order abandoned. Unclaimed packages may be destroyed or handled at the carrier's discretion.
Missed delivery attempts
It is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive the package or to arrange a timely redirection with the carrier. If the package is returned or destroyed due to failed delivery attempts, we do not issue refunds as the order is considered abandoned.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If you are eligible for a return, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in all cases, including change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
