SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by country. US orders typically arrive in 5–7 days, UK in 4–7 days, and most EU countries in 5–10 days. Check our full shipping times page for your country.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed on our shipping page, contact us at contact@onepieceworld.shop and we'll confirm availability.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
Do you cover customs and import fees?
Yes. We cover all customs and import fees so there are no surprise charges when your order arrives.
TRACKING
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. What should I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed during international transit. If there has been no update for more than 7 days, contact us at contact@onepieceworld.shop and we'll investigate.
ORDERS
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they have been shipped. Contact us immediately at contact@onepieceworld.shop if you need to make changes.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@onepieceworld.shop. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we cannot be held responsible for delivery failure due to an incorrect address.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Check our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at contact@onepieceworld.shop. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
The box was damaged but the figurine is intact. Can I get a refund?
Minor damage to the outer packaging box during international shipping is not considered a valid reason for a refund. As long as the figurine itself is undamaged, we are unable to process a return for box condition only.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.
PRODUCTS
Are your figurines official Bandai/Banpresto products?
Our products include both official licensed figurines and high quality collector-grade figures. Product details are clearly stated on each product page including brand and material information.
What material are the figurines made of?
Most of our figurines are made from High Quality PVC. Some premium collector pieces are made from Resin. The material is always listed in the product specifications.
The colors look slightly different from the photos. Is that normal?
Yes, slight color variations can occur due to screen settings, lighting during photography, and manufacturing differences. We always aim to represent our products as accurately as possible.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and all payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all payment data. We never store your card details.
